I. Purpose of data processing

II. Cookie

This site does not use cookies for user profiling, nor are other tracking methods used.

In addition to the subjects who may be responsible for the communication by express legal obligation, personal data may be communicated, again for the purposes referred to in point I and in compliance with the principle of minimization, to the subjects responsible for the treatment that provide services for the management of the IT system used by the Municipality of SIRMIONE (BS), which operate according to the instructions given by us. V. Dissemination and transfer of data
The data are not subject to diffusion and / or transfer in non-EU territory.
VI. Complaints
It is possible to lodge a complaint with the Privacy Guarantor in any case of unlawful violation of your data.
VII. Rights of the interested party
Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 and 21 of EU Regulation 679/2016 grant the interested parties the exercise of specific rights, including that of obtaining confirmation from the holder of the existence or otherwise of their personal data and their made available in intelligible form; data subjects have the right to have knowledge of the origin of the data, the purpose and methods of treatment, the logic applied to the treatment, the identity of the owner and the subjects to whom the data can be communicated.
The interested parties also have the right to obtain the updating, rectification, integration, cancellation and limitation of the data, as well as the right to oppose, for legitimate reasons, the processing of the data.
