The power and majesty of the music that enveloped the church of San Francesco di Colombare on the evening of December 9th gave the public a real daydream. The harmony released by 5 extraordinary musicians, among the best in the world, resonated with the strength of an entire orchestra.
An experience you rarely get to participate in. It is difficult to describe in words the emotions felt during the unforgettable concert which marked the closing of the three-year period of events that Sirmione dedicated to Maria Callas: the photographs, however beautiful, only give us a pale image of the evening.
